We are a gastroenterology practice in Forest Hills, founded in 2008 by Dr. Samuel Davidoff. We do procedures on-site instead of sending you to a hospital. Here is what makes this practice different, and the proof behind each point.

You see a real GI doctor, and you can name them. Your care is led by Dr. Samuel Davidoff, MD, board-certified in gastroenterology and hepatology and founder of the practice, and Dr. Yuriy Israel, MD, dual board-certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine. Look either one up by name.
Your Procedure, in Our Own Suite
No hospital, no separate trip. Colonoscopy and upper endoscopy are done on-site in our AAAASF-accredited suite, held to the same safety standards as a hospital surgical center, without the hospital campus or the hospital bill. You are sedated for it with an anesthesia professional monitoring you, and capsule endoscopy needs no sedation at all: you swallow the capsule and go about your day.

Screening on Your Schedule
Get screened without missing work. Consultations are usually available the same week you call, and we perform colonoscopies on Sundays. If you dread the liquid prep, it comes in pill form, and the procedure itself is short: a colonoscopy runs about 15 to 20 minutes.
Nutrition Built Into Your Care
Diet is half the plan. Beyond the guidance you get in a visit, we build customized nutrition plans tailored to your diagnosis, so you leave with a specific plan for what to eat, not a generic handout.
